PRICES, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

PRICES SHOWN EXCLUDE VAT AT THE PREVAILING RATE AND SHIPPING CHARGES HAVE VAT APPLIED. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NO MINIMUM ORDER, DUE TO THE LOW VALUE OF MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS AGAINST POSTAL AND SHIPPING COSTS WE DO HAVE A MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE OF £6.95 + VAT TO COVER LABOUR AND PACKING COSTS (non refundable)

MOST ORDERS WILL NORMALLY  BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS, WE ARE NORMALLY CLOSED 2 WEEKS FOR EASTER AND 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO XMAS, ANY ORDER PLACED DURING THESE TIMES WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED UNTIL AFTER THESE CLOSURES. 

SORRY BUT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WAY WE WORK WE DO NOT ACCEPT COLLECTIONS AND ORDERS WILL NOT BE MADE UP FOR COLLECTION. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE PAYMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE.

IF THERE ARE ANY PRODUCTS WHICH CAN NOT BE SUPPLIED AFTER PAYMENT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND A FULL REFUND ISSUED IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO WAIT UNTIL STOCK ARRIVES.

Prices are current at the date on the home page, the right is reserved to amend or revise prices without notice. 

RETURNS

Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. will replace any product, which it shall deem as faulty at time of supply. This does not include damaged items caused by either poor product assembly by the customer or damaged items returned by the final retail customer or due to poor handling and packing. Any products which are incorrectly ordered and returned In perfect resale order in original packaging with all matching components supplied will be credited excluding our carraige charge + vat

VARIATIONS

Although we strive to supply only quality products from reliable manufacturers,
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. accepts no responsibility for variations in colour, style or exact dimensions from batch to batch of products supplied.

LIABILITY

Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the application or use of its supplied products, as they are presented in good faith and we have no control of the physical designs or uses of the final product manufactured by our customers.  Any shortages must be reported within 5
working days from receipt of goods.
