MOST ORDERS WILL NORMALLY BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS, WE ARE NORMALLY CLOSED 2 WEEKS FOR EASTER AND 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO XMAS, ANY ORDER PLACED DURING THESE TIMES WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED UNTIL AFTER THESE HOLIDAYS. SORRY BUT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WAY WE WORK WE DO NOT ACCEPT COLLECTIONS AND ORDERS WILL NOT BE MADE UP FOR COLLECTION.

RETURNS
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. will replace any product, which it shall deem as faulty at time of supply. This does not include damaged items caused by either poor product assembly by the customer or damaged items returned by the final retail customer or due to poor handling. Any products which are incorrectly ordered and returned will incur a 15% restocking fee not including our carraige charge which is not refundable.

LIABILITY
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the application or use of its supplied products, as they are presented in good faith and we have no control of the physical designs or uses of the final product manufactured by our customers. Any shortages must be reported within 5
working days from receipt of goods.
