ECONOMY SHIPPING FOR SMALL ORDERS WILL NORMALLY BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS, EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL BE BY CARRIER OR ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY AND A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED ON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. DESPATCH IS USUALLY WITH 48HRS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.

RETURNS
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. will replace any product, which it shall deem as
faulty at time of supply. This does not include damaged items caused
by either poor product assembly by the customer or damaged items returned
by the final retail customer. Any products which are incorrectly ordered and
returned will incur a 10% restocking fee.
VARIATIONS
Although we strive to supply only quality products from reliable manufacturers,
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. accepts no responsibility for variations in colour, style
or exact dimensions from batch to batch of products supplied.
LIABILITY
Mega-Quartz UK Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from
the application or use of its supplied products, as they are presented in good
faith and we have no control of the physical designs or uses of the final product
manufactured by our customers. Any shortages must be reported within 5
working days from receipt of goods.
